Charges and Payment
The charges and options in terms of our Digital Signing services are set out on our web site in our pricing plans (Pricing Plans).We will not charge you for using our Digital Signing services where that use solely relates to you signing a document which another registered user has invited you to sign and we agree that such use by you of our service will not be subject to a Pricing Plan. We can vary the Pricing Plans for our Digital Signing services from time to time and we will notify you on this web site at least 10 working days prior to making any changes to our Pricing Plans. Where you cancel your registration and/or no longer use our services, no part of any payment made by you shall be refunded to you. Likewise, where you choose our pre-paid Pricing Plan and you do not use all of the monetary credit available to you within the applicable period, no part of your monetary credit will be refunded to you.

Retaining personal information
Personal information that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. We will remove (delete) documents and personal data for all signed electronic documents or signing process that due date has been expired, within 7 days from signing process has been completed or signing due date has been expired.
We will retain documents (including electronic documents) that may contain personal data if they are in Inbox tab and not part of any existing signing process, We are keeping documents logs (audit log, audit trail) that include all signing actions.
We also save (if user choose to do that) your signatures images you create by signing the documents in a digitised form in order to facilitate the use of Secured Signing Service. In case you will be invited to sign again you do not have to recreate your signature again. You can at any time delete your graphical signatures from secured signing system.
In case registered user enables cloud storage and or video confirmation to keep documents and videos files. The cloud storage and video steaming services provide by 3rd party to Secured Signing’s registered users, we have no control and no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practice of any cloud storage. By enabling this function of cloud storage and or video confirmation, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible for any damage claims or other liability arising from or related to your use of these services.
We protect your Information
We will take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse, theft, unauthorized access, destruction or alteration of your personal information, and any data. We will store all the personal information you provide on our secured database.
